This guide shows you how to import various ranges from different external tools into Limp Lab.

1. Copy Ranges from External Sources

Range Strings

Limp Lab supports most range string formats like 33-22,A7o-A3o,K9o,Q9o,T9o,J9o,K4s-K2s,Q7s-Q5s,98s,T7s,J7s,97s,87s or weighted strings like 5c4c: 0.5,5d4d: 0.5,5d5c: 0.25,5h4h: 0.5,5h5c: 0.25,5h5d: 0.25,5s4s: 0.5,5s5c: 0.25,5s5d: 0.25,5s5h: 0.25.

You can just copy those and jump right to step two.

PioSolver

1. Open PioSolver and click on the Preflop tab.
2. Click on either the OOP or IP range cell.
3. Select or load a range of your liking
4. Copy the range string displayed in the bottom of the window

GTO+

1. Open GTO+ and click on either the OOP or IP range cell.
2. Create or load a range
3. Copy the range string displayed in the bottom of range viewer

Flopzilla

1. Open Flopzilla and load a range from the left range tree or create a new range
2. Copy the range string displayed in the bottom of the window

GTOWizard

Disclaimer: You need a subscription for the export to work.

1. Navigate to GTO Wizard in your browser.
2. Create a custom solution or load a pre-made one
3. Head to the preflop spot where you can to copy the range
4. Click on the Ranges tab
5. Click on the Copy button (This will only work with an active subscription)

2. Import the copied range into Limp Lab

1. Open a preflop strategy that you want to update with the copied range or create a new strategy
2. Navigate to the preflop spot that you want to update
3. Click on the Import Range button

4. Select the preflop action you want to associate the copied range to.
5. Paste the range into the text field
6. Click the Import button.

Congrats, you imported your external range into Limp Lab!

Tips

When using unweighted ranges such as copied from PioSolver, Flopzilla or GTO+, you can set a weight that gets applied to the selected action. Say you have a range like AJs+,AQo+ in an opened pot, but you only want to 3 bet these hands 75% of the time. You can adjust the weight slider in the import popup to 75% and import the 3 betting range.
