Share strategies & ranges with other users

Limp Lab makes it easy to share your work with friends, study groups, or anyone else—whether they use Limp Lab themselves or not. You can share single ranges as images, export specific spots, or create links for full strategies.

Share a range as a screenshot

If you just want to show someone a specific spot, you can export it as an image.

1. Go to Explore → Preflop Strategies and open a strategy in the study view.
2. Select the spot you want to share.
3. Click Share an image in the bottom-right corner.

Your browser will prompt you to save the screenshot on your computer. You can then share it like any other image.

Share a whole strategy with other users

To share your complete strategy—for example with your study group—use the strategy sharing link.

1. Go to your list of strategies (Explore → Preflop Strategies).
2. Click on the three dots in the lower right corner of the strategy you want to share.
3. Click Share strategy.

This copies a link to your clipboard. Anyone with the link can import the strategy into their Limp Lab account.

Importing a shared strategy

When you open a shared link, Limp Lab checks if your account can import it. If there is an issue, you will see an error message. If you are stuck, please contact support.

If the import is successful, a new strategy is created in your account, and you are taken directly to the study view. From there, you can rename the strategy, edit ranges, or adjust spots as you like.

Share a range from a specific spot

Sometimes you may want to exchange just one range from a strategy. Limp Lab lets you copy and share ranges at the spot level.

1. Open the strategy editor (Explore → Preflop Strategies → Edit).
2. Navigate to the spot you want to share.
3. Click Copy.

The range is copied to your clipboard and can be shared with other users as plain text.

Importing a shared range

To add a shared range into your own strategy:

1. Open the strategy editor (Explore → Preflop Strategies → Edit).
2. Navigate to the spot where you want to import the range.
3. Click Import range.
4. Paste the shared range into the text field.
5. Click Import.
